The Impact of Inefficient and Ineffective Critical Medicare-Funded Healthcare

James Frank Abbott experienced difficulty in obtaining a replacement electronic wheelchair for his disabled chair, specifically requiring a replacement of the left arm, between March 8, 2024, and March 9, 2024. This challenge arose due to a lack of timely responsiveness from his insurance provider, Humana, as well as Humana’s subsidiary, Center Well Senior Primary Care, which focuses on preventive care. The service recipient, James Frank Abbott, a 74-year-old CPA and CMA available for contracted services through the nonprofit organization The Clean Green Collective (a 501(c)(3) best practices advocate), believes that the failure was caused by Dr. Anthony Gutierrez, the contracted primary doctor, and an overseas contracted customer service provider of Humana.
